Established in 2014, Regina Residency Goa has been providing guests with a comfortable and memorable stay for over two decades. Our rich history and unique character make us the ideal choice for your next getaway.
Our Accommodations
We offer a range of budget accommodation . AC rooms are on first floor and Non AC rooms are on ground floor. Each room is elegantly furnished and comes with modern amenities to ensure your comfort.
All rooms have attached bathroom and a balcony with free WIFI ,HOT water and CAR PARKING facilities have 24 hours reception desk.

We are right next to Patnem beach Goa.(around 150 mtrs).Palolem beach also nearby.

Terms and conditions
1. The check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
2. Early check in and late check-out depends on the availability and may be chargeable.
3. Rooms will be held upto 10:00 PM on the day of arrival unless communicated by guest personally by call or mail for late check-in.
4. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. GST applicable as per Government of India regulations.
6. Any increase in government levies will be extra.
7. Maximum 4 adults or 2 adults with two children below 5 year old will be allowed to accomodate for all Deluxe Room according to Hotel Policy.
8. Customers are requested to pay in full at the time of check-in, property has right to deny check-in in situation of partial payment.
9. Maximum of one mattress or cot bed would be permitted in all rooms.
10. It is mandatory for any citizen to carry a valid Identity proof and produce at the time of check-in.
11. Right of admission is reserved.

INR 2000-3000/- per night

Cancellation before arrival If you cancel 20 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back minus an administration fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate. If you cancel before 7 days of your arrival date, you will receive 50% of your deposit back. If you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival date, your full deposit will be retained by Calangute Beach Huts. Not applicable during peak period (20th Dec to 3rd Jan ) No Show If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room for 24 hours before letting it to other guests. You will not receive a refund of your deposit if you fail to show without advising us. Change of dates We will do our best to accommodate date changes however it is not always possible. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We are generally able to accommodate date changes with 14 days or more notice, except at peak times, eg Xmas, Easter etc.
